How does the coffee subscription work?
Each month, we curate a selection of single-origin beans from a new country. You choose your roast preference, grind type, and delivery frequency, and we ship freshly roasted coffee directly to your door.
When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?
To ensure peak freshness, our beans are roasted to order. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your coffee is en route.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your membership directly through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.
What is included in each shipment?
Beyond the premium single-origin coffee, every box includes a postcard from the country of origin, flavor profile notes, and expert brewing tips to help you get the most out of your beans.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location and the specific carrier used.
What is your return policy?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
